What To See:

  • You've gotten thousands of Facebook notifications already, but Afrojack will be spinning tonight for Penn students at the Theater of Living Arts. Should be a good but busy time, especially considering it's hosted by half the frats on campus and we know you get thirsty on Thursdays.
  • The Heydaze, Penn's very own up-and-coming "you knew it when" band is playing tomorrow, this Friday March 20th, at Union Transfer. Go because you knew them, go because you support fellow Quakers, or just go because they're all hot AF.
  • New York's very own Taking Back Sunday is hitting up the Electric Factory this, you guessed it, Sunday. In case you didn't know, Street just spoke with them so if that's not enough incentive to show up, we don't know what is.

What To Listen To:

  • Kendrick Lamar recently dropped "King Kunta", a funky cool new track on his sixteen-song LP that harbors the very unique name To Pimp a Butterfly (we all know what that means right?).
  • Axwell and Ingrosso (formerly of your beloved Swedish House Mafia) are taking music videos to the next level. Catch their two new "short film" videos featuring new beats "On My Way" and "Can't Hold Us Down".

What To Bring Up In Conversation:

  • The Real Slim Shady aka Eminem aka your mom's favorite rapper just announced he's releasing an exclusive vinyl ten-album set of his best shit. It comes out in a week, so get ready to spend all your money and boast or just discuss the man like you know him.
  • Pussy Riot recently came to Penn on Tuesday to screen their newest feminist, punk music video "I Can't Breathe" and discuss their newest projects.
