To those of you who crammed a few chips in your mouth right before the ball dropped to savor the salt and butter overload for the last time (well, for at least as long as you can take it): you don’t have to boil carrots while your roommates prance off to restaurant week. We've probed the prix fixe menus for some of the healthiest selections. Just stick to these dishes, and you won’t be veering too far from your resolution diet.

Buddakan
1. Asian Caesar salad with spicy cashews
2. Sesame Crusted Tuna: ginger lemongrass, vegetable salad

Estia
1. Horiatiki salata: Classic Greek salad with vine-ripened tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, red onions, mixed olives, and wood-barrel aged feta cheese
2. Lavraki or Tsipoura: Choice of fish, which is charcoal grilled whole before being de-boned and then served with a ladolemeno sauce and topped with capers

Lolita
1. Tostaditas de Salmon Ahumado: tequila-lime cured salmon tostaditas, jicama-orange slaw, malanga chip
2. Pescado a la Veracruzana: grilled mahi, roasted tomato-olive-caper salsa, hominy torta, fennel-orange salad

Meritage
1. Wild mushroom soup with black truffle and crispy rice cracker
2. Roasted monkfish with crispy potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and black bean sauce

Twenty Manning
1. Mixed Green Salad: parmesan cheese, shaved Granny Smith apple, tomato concasse, sesame-olive oil emulsion
2. Seared Ahi Tuna: roasted butternut squash, wasabi-orange-soy, wilted baby arugula

Zahav
1. Salatim (selection of eight salads)
2. Roasted Beets: beet green tzatziki, Argan oil, fried shallots
