Yes, it's that time of year when Wharton MBAs square off against Penn Law students to help out the Boys and Girls Club of Philly. So bust out those boxing gloves because this Saturday Philly Fight Night is on. It's an extravaganza you won't want to miss. While not officially condoned by the University, Fight Night will inevitably draw loads of Fighting Quakers to the Legendary Blue Horizon in North Philly (1314 N. Broad Street) this Saturday. The combination of blood, sweat and testosterone equals the ultimate Penn scene; as those law and business grad students know all too well, a little friendly competition never hurt anyone... badly. Tickets are on sale at phillyfightnight.com, and there's a groovy post-fight party in Rittenhouse which is free for all students with a Penn ID; transportation from the fight to the after party at The Mansion at Rittenhouse provided. Too bad the dental school isn't involved - there may be some missing teeth at the end of this night.
