If Penn's La Terrasse lacks a certain je ne sais quoi, cruise downtown to Brasserie Perrier, Georges Perrier's Center City Asian Fusion restaurant. Don't let the investment bankers know that it's often referred to as "the poor man's Le Bec Fin". Philadelphia's movers and shakers keep the place humming and the revolving door spinning. The dim lighting and metallic decor provide the perfect backdrop to whip out your black card, but if you order from the bar menu, you won't make a dent in Daddy's bank account.

Be sure to reserve a table and sit in a corner or against the wall; otherwise, you'll bump heads all night with the well-dressed asses you'll be kissing while job hunting post-graduation. Brasserie offers an extensive drink list and their signature Key Lime Martini, though heavy on the pineapple. Brasserie's accommodating staff serve their legendary pommes frites in a glass with three different sauces. The chicken paillard with pesto sauce, prosciutto and Parmesan is the size of a small Frenchman and the mushroom risotto is incredible. Leave room for dessert, especially if you're a chocoholic.
