Cooking, as we all know, is stupid and hard. This one’s not bad though, I promise. You won’t gain any more weight either. Plus, homemade stuff always has less fat than food you buy at restaurants. It’s a scientific fact. Just like skip lunch or something and you’ll be fine. They’re soooooo good.
Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 quart oil for deep frying
1 (16-ounce) package mozzarella string cheese sticks
Directions:
Prepare three separate bowls. Whisk the eggs and water in one bowl and mix the bread crumbs and garlic salt in another. In the third bowl, stir the flour and cornstarch together. Put the oil in a frying pan. Take the cheese sticks and roll in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, then the breadcrumbs. Drop into the oil; 30 seconds per stick and you’re on your way to greasy goodness. Suck it, BW3’s.
