Recipe of the Week: Gluten-Free Nutter Butter Blondies

Ingredients: 16 oz creamy almond or peanut butter 1 cup agave nectar 2 eggs ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup chocolate chips (divided)

Directions: Mix the almond or peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Incorporate the agave nectar, and then add the eggs. Add salt and baking soda and then mix half the chocolate into the batter. Pour batter into a well-greased 9” x 13” pan or glass dish. Cover the top with the remaining chocolate. Bake for 35 minutes at 325 degrees. When the bars are done, add chopped nuts to the top if desired.
