If there’s ever been a time and place for fratty beer enthusiasts and your neighborhood cat lady to come together, this is it. Tomorrow (September 16th), Yards Brewery and City Kitties, a nonprofit, no–kill cat rescue, are teaming up for this month’s hottest (shout–out to the heat wave) way to drink for a cause. From 7–11 p.m., attendees can drink to their hearts’ content and munch on grub from a solid lineup of food trucks, with a large portion of the profits donated to City Kitties
Has your heart melted yet? Good news for cat lovers: City Kitties’ Facebook page is absolutely meow–velous and adorable as hell. To prevent you from getting lost in it for hours, here are a few of the cats you’ll be saving if you only just drink more beer, goddamnit!
