Best drink: Razz Beer Float (Feb. 28) We were amazed that the beer and ice cream combination proved to be so enjoyable. However, we soon learned that Framboise (beer fermented with raspberries) is the ONLY way to go, considering that our revisionist attempt with raspberry-flavored beer (regular beer with added flavoring) did not work as well.

Best recipe: Sesame Encrusted Salmon Wrapped in Nori (Feb. 14) We were intrigued by the healthy salmon option and pleasantly surprised by the crunchy texture of the nori. The sesame seeds are a definite must - they are essential to the overall flavor and consistency of the dish.

Best midday meal: Honey's Sit 'n' Eat (Jan. 31) We felt right at home at Honey's. The Southern cuisine combined with flavors inspired by your Jewish grandmother would appeal to anyone's diverse tastes.

Best dinner: Xochitl (Jan. 24) We were already fans of Mexican cuisine; Xochitl added a touch of class and made us feel like Toltec royalty. And the prices didn't bother us considering the quality of the experience.
