1 Vidalia onion (other types work, too)

2 tbs of butter (we used Earth Balance, so our sauce was vegan)

3/4 cup beef broth

1/2 cup red wine (we used a $6 Cabernet)

1/2 cup blue cheese (ours was Amish)

Panko bread crumbs

1 steak hoagie, just steak and roll
