Games: A Link to the Past

You probably played The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past when you were 11 or 12 on Super Nintendo. It's pretty much the same thing here, but it's on Nintendo's portable Game Boy Advance. Apparently there's some sword hidden somewhere in some forest that you need to find. I couldn't find it. I found one sword in one forest, but it was a fake. My inability to find the sword didn't ruin the experience entirely for me. The graphics are really good and the game itself is pretty fun. If you're a Zelda fan, you'll like this, but it's nothing new.-- Dean Agnos The Legend of Zelda is going back to its roots... and that rules. It's your favorite golden game, back, portable and just as addictive as it was 10 years ago. That's right, chase fairies, bomb stuff and slay evil castle minions with your mighty sword. Oh Link, you're the closest I'll ever get to holding Orlando Bloom in my hands. And trust me, you're going to have to tear this sucker away from my bloody hands. Zelda 4 eva! -- Lehua Chong Apparently this game is pretty much the same as the Super Nintendo version, which, I have to admit, I never played. It's not the most amazing thing out there, but it's sure amusing. The portability of the Game Boy Advance is a huge plus: it gives you an uncomplicated, fun game that you can amuse yourself with wherever you are. -- Alex Koppelman Zelda is an an incredible game -- but there are two major problems: (1) Unless you are in direct sunlight, you will be playing the Game Boy Advance while staring at your own face. For me, that's frightening. (2) To play The Four Swords, the new Zelda game, you need a friend with a second Game Boy Advance and a second copy. It's not just the extra cash that would entail -- it's my lack of friends. Oh, so lonely! -- Daniel McQuade
