Street: As chair of Strictly Funk, what exactly do you do?

Adie Remiker: Delegate all responsibility to others and let them work their magic.

Street: What is your signature dance move?

A.R.: Hair Flip… with a body roll… end with a boom–ka.

Street: Are you strictly anything else?

A.R.: Strictly way too old to be living in the quad.

Street: What’s the most underrated thing at Penn? Overrated?

A.R.: Underrated: Sitar Indian Buffet, better yet BYO Sitar Indian Buffet. Overrated: Snow. The cold makes me want to head back to sunny California.

Street: There are two types of people at Penn … ?

A.R.: Practicing Jews and Reform Jews, I’m slowly becoming one of those.

Street: What is the question everyone is scared to ask you?

A.R.: How do you spell your name? A–D–I–E but pronounced like 80.

Street: What is your favorite Philly hotspot?

A.R.: Tap House Shameless plug, but you’ll find me at the hostess stand every Friday night ;)

Street: What song is playing when you walk into the room?

A.R.: Suite Judy Blue Eyes by Crosby Stills and Nash.

Street: Any guilty pleasures?

A.R.: Overindulging in wine and cheese with my girls at least once a week. Oh, and ABP Orange Scones, love those triangles of goodness.

Street: Who is your celebrity doppleganger?

A.R.: Denise Austin, at least that’s what the quad security guard told me.
