Philly Beer Week May 31-June 9 Philly denotes itself as the America's best beer drinking city. It's your chance to test this out at Philly Beer Week 2013 with 64 participating breweries. It lasts from May 31 to June 9, and the various venues and events can be found on phillybeerweek.org. Tickets are sold separately by venues, but most events are usually free or pay as you go. The opening ceremony is this Friday at 6:30 p.m. at the Independence Mall at 6th and Market streets.
