She wrote the track with OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder, so radio dominance is inevitable. With a triumphant message about defiance and celebration, Ellie’s throaty voice cuts through an electronic beat that could kick off many a frat party. As she croons, “We, we don’t have to worry bout nothing/Cause we got the fire, and we're burning one hell of a something,” it’s impossible to worry about the ramifications of so much burning. It’s summer, and all one can do is dance. And let it burn.
