While the new year may not be off to the best start in terms of weather, 2018 has already given us some pretty awesome new music in its very first week to make up for it. From some of your current favorites (Kendrick Lamar, Justin Timberlake) to bands you’ve probably never heard of but definitely need to hear (The Dangerous Summer, Superorganism), check out some of the best and brightest this year has to offer so far.

If this first week is any indication of how the rest of the year in music will go, we certainly have a lot to look forward to.
