Super Bowl Sunday is a classic American tradition. Since 1967, we’ve spent a winter Sunday glued to our television screens for the big game. Whether you’re a fan of the sport itself, you adore the annual halftime shows, or you’re fascinated by the commercials, there’s nothing like watching the Super Bowl in a setting with great energy.

In honor of Super Bowl LIV, taking place on Sunday, Feb. 2, lots of Philly venues are hosting watch parties. If you want to do something fun for the big game but don’t know where to start, check out these recommendations:

This watch party will benefit Morris Animal Refuge, with 20% of profits made from food being donated to the shelter. Stay after the Puppy Bowl to watch the real game—you might even get to sit next to a puppy.

Chickie's and Pete’s

Where better to watch the Super Bowl than at ESPN’s #1 Sports Bar on the East Coast? Head to Chickie's and Pete’s South Philly location this Super Bowl Sunday, sit at one of the huge bars, and watch the game on one of the many large flat screens. Plus, you can snack on their famous Crabfries. They promise “great food, drink specials,” and “all the action.”

Nobody knows whether the 49ers or the Chiefs will win yet, but if you head to one of these venues, you'll be guaranteed to have a winning night.
