Possession of less than one ounce of weed for personal consumption	Citation and fine of $25 no jail time
Possession of more than one ounce of weed	1 year in jail $5,000 maximum fine
Consuming pot	(nada if you aren’t caught!)
Public consumption	Criminal citation up to 9 hours of community service.
