Jersey Shore superstars and IT couple Ronnie and Sammi Sweetheart brought their fake-tanned bods to the Illadelph this weekend. Though Sammi reportedly wore a Yankees cap (WTF, that’s not very sweet, Sammi), we salute all things Jersey Shore.
Trying to be all ironic and stuff, the Sigma Kappa sweethearts held a Jersey Shore mixer with TEP. The females of SK tried their very hardest to embrace their inner skanks, while the TEP boys sported Jersey-esque coiffs making them look just as guido as always. We commend TEP for staying true to themselves. Sorry, SK, you might have better luck with a Selena Gomez-themed mixer.
In honor of Ronnie and Sammi, Blarney threw a Jersey Shore extravaganza. Though, we didn’t really notice because it looked pretty much the same as always: crowded and trashy. But hats off to you for jumping on the J-Shore bandwagon.
We salute Tri-Delt for taking on the oh-so-obvious role as “the guidette sorority.” Not only did the Junior girls attend their Shore mixer in full force, a tipster tells us they are also super excited for their summer internships as “Jersey Shore 2: The Hamptons” extras.
We at Highbrow love our Thirsty Thursdays. Alas, this Thursday disappointed. Thursday, get ready to be roasted.
The SDT bid party at Fiso got out of hand when an OZ junior poured three beers on a Theos pledge and then spit on him. To this we say: ew. Not even Ronnie would spit on a Theos pledge.
For the first time ever, Penn students went to Drinker’s West for the Haiti fundraiser. We love charity and all, but what we do not love, Drinker’s, are watered down drinks, a crowded bar scene and $7 Yuenglings.
A tipster tells us, at Paradigm one freshman pledge was given the boot and then booted her way to the hospital. Though we do support overindulgence, thumbs - down to the sophomore that abandoned said girl. Not cool.
