Live music, street vendors, activities, and, most importantly, cars, which are are the main draw of this annual event. With anything from antique to muscle and a promise of yummy street food, the Car Show might just be the oil your pre-semester engine needs.

 

Shakespeare in Clark Park When: July 24-July 28, 7 pm Where: Clark Park, 43rd and Baltimore Avenue Cost: Free!

Don't pay for the Tempest. Don't even read it. That's what Clark Park's for. Forty-third and Baltimore is alluringly close, but the real bonus on this one is the chance to pretend you're all glam in Central Park without braving the NYC Crowds.
