This Movie Is Inebri-RATED

You've probably experienced that Friday night when you've got your party shoes on, but no party to attend. That's when you, like the binge-drinking cinephile that you are, should call up a couple friends, stay in and turn movie-watching into movie-imbibing. For your pleasure - and inevitable subsequent displeasure - here are a couple of our favorite movie-based drinking games:

Forrest Gump

Drink whenever you hear the word "Alabama," "Mama" or "stupid."

Finish your drink any time Forrest brings up chocolate.

Have a shot of whisky every time Jenny does something slutty.

The Big Lebowski

Drink whenever someone says "dude."

Finish your drink any time Donny is "out of his element."

Have a White Russian every time The Dude has a White Russian.

Jurassic Park

Drink whenever you see a new dinosaur (you are exempted if you can accurately name the creature).

Finish your drink any time someone dies.

Have a cup of jungle juice every time someone barely makes it out alive.

Home Alone

Drink whenever family members get mad at each other, or we see Kevin play with toys.

Finish your drink any time you see Old Man Marley.

Do a shot of peppermint schnapps every time Marv and Harry should have died, but somehow manage to get back up.

March of the Penguins

Drink whenever a penguin slides on its stomach or a baby penguin is fed by its parents.

Finish your drink any time a penguin or egg dies.

Have a frozen margarita every time a penguin is born.

The film’s performance signals a shift where online personalities compete with studio backed releases through community scale and digital marketing power.

‘Wicked: For Good’ is for the Theatre Kids

Wicked: For Good closes its story without awards recognition but with clear creative conviction. The film’s reception reflects a mismatch between its intentions and critical expectations. Designed as the second half of a continuous narrative, it prioritizes character depth and long-term emotional payoff over accessibility. In doing so, For Good succeeds less as a crowd-pleaser and more as a film made for those already invested in the world of Wicked.
