Andrea Cestaro and Michele Lewkowitz have kicked cancer's butt this year as the co-chairs of Relay for Life. Raising almost $60,000 and having fun while doing it, these roommates chat fat Arthur and the highlights of Relay 2010 (tomorrow at Franklin Field at 8 p.m.).

Street: What don’t most people know about you? Andrea Cestaro: I could tell you more about coral reefs than you’d ever want to know. Michele Lewkowitz: I spend half of my time looking for things I just had a second ago and the other half compulsively refreshing www.relayatpenn.org to see the most updated fundraising number. Just checked — $54,316.04!

Street: There are two types of people at Penn...? AC: Those who Relay and those who like cancer. ML: Those who wear sunglasses with plastic neon frames and those who aren’t douchebags.

Street: Any guilty pleasures? AC: Bursaring anything I can. ML: Tommy Wisseau’s film, The Room. I don’t want to ruin it, but a Canadian tuxedo, Oscar-worthy dialogue, and a drug dealer named Chris R. may all be involved. Other than that, chocolate chip pancakes from IHOP.

Street: Best Relay team name you’ve ever heard? AC: “Arthur is fat.” I have no idea who Arthur is, but I’d like to meet him and see if he really is fat. ML: I like alphasigmatau4, because clearly someone was too lazy to hit the space bar. Arthur is Fat is another good one.

Street: You’ve just arrived at your 10-year college reunion. What would people be most surprised to hear about you? AC: That I’ve moved to Mexico to work as a SCUBA instructor. ML: I managed to survive another decade without sustaining a major injury despite my unparalleled clumsiness.

Street: If you could have a superpower for a day what would it be? AC: The ability to teleport. ML: We haven’t had nice weather for Relay since 2007 so having the ability to prevent rain for a day (or two) would be useful.

Street: How many laps do you actually run during Relay for Life? AC: I think I may have walked one lap last year. I’m usually in crisis prevention mode and forget that the whole point of the event is to walk the track. ML: Run? Zero. I’ll walk a few and then camp out by the food tables for easy access to Allegro’s, Maggiano’s and Jimmy John’s.
