Room: 102 Ware College HouseRoom cohabitants: Wharton sophomore Lisa Chang from Dallas, TX and Huntsman sophomore Esther Hsu from Westchester, PA.

What music were you guys listening to when decorating?

Esther: Asian music actually. We both went to Taiwan this summer and came back all Asian-a-fied. Tell them about your [computer] wallpaper.

Lisa: This is from a Chinese soap opera, Meteor Garden.

Meatier Garden or Meteor Garden?

Lisa: Meteor Garden.

What would the plot of a soap opera titled Meatier Garden be like?

Lisa: This [Meteor Garden] doesn't have a plot though. It's just about all these guys who are in love with this one girl.

If you could describe this room as an erogenous zone, what would it be?

Esther: An erogenous zone? Lisa...

Lisa?

Esther: No, not a Lisa erogenous zone. Lisa is better to answer this question. She has a larger array of men on her wall.

Who is your favorite guy on your wall?

Lisa: Wonbin. He is in Korean soap operas.

Who would win in a fight, Wonbin or Josh Hartnett [referring to the O poster on Lisa's wall]?

Lisa: Asian boys can't fight.

Esther: Yeah, they can't

What is the significance of the snakes and the dragons?

Lisa: We got them from Hill.

Esther: Yeah, we got the dragons from Hill dining Asian night.

You stole them?

Esther: Ummm, kinda. We borrowed them. Maybe if there's another Asian night we'll donate them. I'm really nervous about this being quoted.

What about the frogs?

Esther: I just got them like two months ago.... Sometimes I look up and one frog has the other frog's arm in his mouth and they just fight.

How would you compare your fighting style to the frogs'? When you guys go at it does Lisa's arm end up in your mouth?

Esther: [Lisa's arm] doesn't really fit.... The [inflatable] snakes come in handy for fighting. You can use them as a bat or poke someone, but it's hard to get a good blow with them.

Lisa: Somebody wanted to see us fight before.

Will you fight for us right now?

Lisa: No.

What if we said please?

Lisa: I'll lose; she is feisty.

Esther: What?

Esther's Huntsman right? She'll fight dirty.

Esther: What is that supposed to mean?

If you could characterize your room as a vegetable what would it be?

Esther: Pumpkin. I really like the color orange, and I really like my room.

Lisa: Eggplant. It's big and different. Also, not many people try eggplant, and not many people come to our room. But once they try it, they like it! I love eggplants!

How many people have come in here wearing cowboy hats?

Lisa: None.

Esther: None.

Why are you prejudiced against people who wear cowboy hats?

Esther: I think they are prejudiced against us.
