Cristina Alberto: "I'm contributing to the Olsen empire."

How would you describe your look?

No, I don't know. I don't really think I have a [style]. I think of people having style if they're really outrageous, you know what I mean? That's what I think of style. Someone with style is someone who has to be, extreme. I think I just dress like everyone else. I don't know. Jeans and a shirt. I think pretty simple stuff. All my clothes are from Argentina. And accessorizing -- I'm crazy about the necklaces and earrings and things like that.

Would you say that the traveling inspired your style?

Yeah, for a while -- then I got sick of the whole peasanty look.

Do you shop in Philly?

Yeah. I guess I shop the most at H&M. And outside here, my favorite place is Mango. It doesn't exist here though.

What's your major?

Visual Studies and Cinema studies.

If you could live in a different decade, which would it be?

I'd go back to the '80s for a while.

What's the last movie you saw?

The last movie I saw was...

...40 Year Old Virgin?

No. Bad Education.

What's your favorite magazine?

Blackbook.

Do you keep up with fashion? Or do you think you just have your eye on things?

Like if people wear something too much, I normally hate it. Like I detest Uggs. And like bubble skirts -- they used to sell them at Urban Outfitters. If you were in Spring Fling last year, every single girl was wearing them.

What do you think about Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen?

They are my style icons. There you go.

Which one do you like better?

I like Mary-Kate better. I think she's prettier. I have both of their perfumes.

No way ...

Yeah, because I got them as a joke because I'm always following them in magazines because I think they look so cool all the time. Then someone gave them to me as a joke, like their perfume so I went out and got the other one. I'm contributing to their empire.

What's your prized possession?

A pair of boots and a leather jacket.
