This year's Tabard and SDT presidents practically share a room. How can they fit so much ego in one space? With four majors and countless activities between them, seniors Emma Goldensohn and Beth Newton enlighten us on Hill, Hil and Auntie Anne's Pretzels.

Street: How did you guys meet?

Emma Goldensohn: We lived next door to each other freshman year - Hill third floor.

Beth Newton: My room was so clean that it was used as a model on tours. Emma's room was so messy that we would just throw trash in there if there wasn't a garbage can nearby.

Street: What were your first impressions of each other?

BN: Tall.

EG: Short.

Street: How did you stay such good friends since freshman year even though you're so active in different organizations?

EG: Time stands still in Hill cafeteria. It will bond you for life.

Street: You two have been cited as a power duo; what famous duo do you most identify with?

BN: Hil and Bill are the obvious choice, but we're nowhere near that level.

EG: We strive for a more Iman/David Bowie vibe.

Street: Gchat or AIM?

EG: It is so embarrassing for your publication that you asked that.

Street: What is your (mutual) guiltiest pleasure?

BN: Emma and I are really into American Revolutionary history. We tried to make our friends go to Colonial Williamsburg over spring break, but it got shot down.

EG: Even though we allotted an entire day for Busch Gardens.

Street: Where do you see yourselves in five years?

EG: Hopefully butter-churner.

BN: I'm going for corset-maker.

Street: There are two kinds of people at Penn...

EG & BN: Those who are boys and those who are girls.

Street: Matching Halloween costumes: pro or con?

BN: Boyfriend/girlfriend matching costumes are a no, as are group costumes of the Spice Girls.

EG: Even this year with the reunion tour going on.

BN: Backstreet Boys/N*SYNC is fine. if and only if you include Lou Perlman.

Street: What do you find to be the most overrated and underrated things about Penn?

EG: Underrated: Auntie Anne's. Overrated: The Radian. It's going to be. I can already tell.

BN: Underrated: Class Board events. [Ed. note: Class board secretary's shameless plug, anyone?] Overrated: Auntie Anne's.
