Drink of the Week: Pop Rock-arita
Ingredients:
1 packet of cherry Pop Rocks
1/2 cup of bing cherries
1 1/2 ounces of tequila
1 ounce of cherry liqueur
1 tbsp of agave syrup
1 tbsp of lime juice
A pinch of sugar
Directions:
Lightly crush one packet of Pop Rocks.

While the World Cup is still a maddening 9 months away, you can get a jump on the cultural immersion with this Brazilian favorite.

To make the drink: quarter 1 lime and rub the wedges with a tablespoon of coarse cane sugar.
