Dear Writers Guild of America,

This is one serious strike you've got going on here. Two months, three weeks and four days - guess you're not screwing around. We get it, you need the money. You've earned the money. The guys on the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers are a bunch of pricks. And while we want to be supportive, we think it's about time you stopped being so selfish and started thinking about us, the viewers. You've left us with nothing better to do than wonder. Where is the Lost island? Will the Heroes, having saved the cheerleader, ever save the world? How many episodes of reality TV can we watch before we drown ourselves in the Schuylkill?

Fear not - we won't allow ourselves to go without entertainment. We don't need you, your creativity, ingenuity and talent. American Gladiators is making a comeback! Check out our nifty guide to getting by just fine without you.

See you on the picket line,

Street

Last Legs

The tragic winding down of your pre-strike faves.

Ugly Betty-Thursday, 8 pm on ABC - The last new episode of the best show on TV with an "ugly" leading character. The employees at Mode magazine and Betty's crazy family will win you over before you can say "Manolo."

Las Vegas-Friday, 10 pm on NBC - ---Evidently, Nevada can be cool, too! The perfect union of blackjack, relationship drama and really attractive hotel employees.

Prison Break-Monday, 8 pm on FOX - While not the most realistic of plots (a builder purposely gets himself locked up to conjure an escape plan to aid his death row-sentenced brother. yeah), it makes for some action-packing of your TiVo.

House-Tuesday, 9 pm on FOX - Everyone's favorite a-hole MD solves seemingly impossible medical mysteries. CSI plus ER equals. RICES (we tried).

One Tree Hill-Tuesday, 9 pm on the CW - Nope, this show's not off the air yet. While you may have missed last week's K-Fed cameo, the billionth new ep of this show will be on without fail.

In Case You Missed It.

Continuously played re-runs of those out-of-luck series. Watch from beginning to strike-forced hiatus.

Grey's Anatomy-Thursday, 9 pm on ABC - Refresh your knowledge on the show's newbies, and watch even more old episodes of Meredith and McDreamy's relationship non-development.

Gossip Girl-Wednesday, 9 pm on the CW-- - Watch S return, B fight with N, D pursue S... and B be a bitch to J all over again. XOXO.

The Office-Tuesday, 10 and 10:30 pm on TBS - Fact: Bears eat beets. Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica. (If you don't get it, you definitely need to tune in and look long and hard. that's what she said!)

Lost-Wednesday, 8 pm on ABC -The most difficult show to follow is giving you a break and letting you catch up. On the last season. (Haven't seen it before then? You're screwed.)

Big Debuts

Desperate networks turn to gobs of new, writer-less TV.

Celebrity Apprentice-Thursday, 8 pm on NBC - Watch everyone's favorite faux-coiffed Wharton alum's classic show, but with an exciting new twist. he fires famous people!

Make Me a Supermodel-Thursday, 10 pm on Bravo - Like America's Next Top Model, but with dudes, too! Tyson Beckford and Niki Taylor as hosts also make the deal a little sweeter.

American Gladiators-Monday, 8 pm on NBC - The greatest comeback of the season-what's better than the winning combination of 'roids, flashy competition forums and stage names like Militia and Hellga?

Dance Wars: Bruno v. Carrie Ann-Monday, 8 pm on ABC - It was only a matter of time before they started making reality competitions spin off into more reality competitions. Watch these Dancing With the Stars judges-turned-coaches battle it out.

Crowned-Wednesday, 8 pm on the CW - Mother-
